Previously, she managed strategy and investments for Kaplan, Inc., a large and diversified global education company. Kate has served on several education-focused boards, including Rosetta Stone, a language and literacy company, and Prospect Schools, a charter school management organization that educates a racially and economically diverse student body. Kate began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.
