Todd Whitaker talks with me about teaching teachers and school-based administrators how to work with and talk with parents. His book "Dealing With Difficult Parents" (Routledge, 2016) written with Douglas J. Fiore is an awesome tool that every educator should take time to read and put into practice. Our discussion focuses on practical techniques that you will find helpful.
